First Soft V neck Custom TeleStratThis guitar, featured on the home page, was the first Custom Telecaster put together. Built in the early 1970's it features a prototype matched set of Seymour Duncan pickups with the neck and middle pickups done reverse wire/reverse pole. The pickups also featured a lower G string pole piece to balance the volume made by an unwound G string. It was originally wired by George with a 5-way Strat pickup switch that had the bridge pickup placed in the center position.Jun 30, 2010

The Matt TeleStratThis guitar was custom made for Matt Gibney. Matt wanted a hybrid of the Telecaster and the Stratocaster so George worked with him and put together this beauty. She's got a concentric control that incorporates a pickup blender for the five way switch. Love that Tennesee orange...Jun 30, 2010
